Maj. of the Marine Corps John Estrada address the Marines, sailors, soldiers and Afghan Security Forces operating out of Camp Blessing in the Konar Province. Camp Blessing is a former HIV/AIDS clinic that the Taliban closed, later used by Coalition Special Forces and now home to Marines and sailors from Hawaii-based 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment.
