Lt. Col. Jeffrey C. Holt and Sgt. Maj. Andrew T. Cece, the commanding officer and the sergeant major of 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, pay respect to the monuments of Sgt. Joe L. Wrightsman and 1st Lt. Scott J. Fleming during a 3/3 memorial ceremony at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay chapel, Jan. 14, 2011. The memorial ceremony honored the lives of Wrightsman and Fleming, who both died supporting combat operations during 3/3’s recent Afghanistan deployment.
